At Dive Master Shop, we’re as committed to your satisfaction as we are to equipping your water adventures. If your 10’10” SUP didn’t meet your expectations or you need a different size in our Baby & Toddler Wetsuits, our straightforward returns process ensures you can shop with confidence.

Our Returns Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they’re in original condition with tags attached and packaging intact. Your satisfaction with our diving gear and water sports equipment is our top priority.

Important Exceptions

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Diving Masks (after the protective film has been removed)
  • Diving Fins (Flippers) that show signs of use
  • Bodyboards with any scratches or marks
  • Wetsuits (both Adult and Children’s) that have been tried on without protective undergarments

These items may only be returned if defective and reported immediately upon receipt.

Simple Returns Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer an exchange or refund

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Please don’t send items back without this authorization.

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely repackage the item(s) in the original packaging (or equivalent protection for fragile items like Classic Skateboards). Include all original tags, accessories, and documentation. Affix the provided return label and ship to:

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once received, our team will inspect the item(s) within 3-5 business days. We’ll notify you via email when your return is processed.

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.

Exchange Policy

Prefer a different size or color of our Bamboo Series Longboards? Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your preferred item isn’t available, we’ll process a refund instead.

International Returns

For customers outside the UK (excluding parts of Asia and certain remote regions):

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable service (DHL or FedEx)
  • Customs fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Diving Separates or Bodyboard Accessories arrive damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include photos of the damage/defect
  3. We’ll arrange a free return label and expedite your replacement
