2.1 Product Descriptions

We take care to accurately describe our water sports equipment including:

• SUPs (Stand-Up Paddleboards) in various sizes (10’10”, 10’6″)
• Diving equipment (masks, fins, wetsuits for adults and children)
• Bodyboards and accessories
• Skateboards and related gear

While we strive for accuracy, slight variations in color or design may occur. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

2.2 Product Availability

All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice.

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 Order Process

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to purchase which we may accept or decline. Order confirmation emails do not constitute acceptance.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to market conditions or supplier changes.

Payment is processed at time of order. For security, we may request additional verification for large orders.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

4.2 Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch

4.3 International Orders

We ship worldwide except parts of Asia and certain remote regions. International customers are responsible for all customs fees and import taxes, which are non-refundable.

4.4 Delivery Issues

You must inspect goods upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours to [email protected] with photographic evidence.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in original condition with tags attached and packaging intact. To initiate a return:

1. Email us within 15 days with your order details
2. Receive Return Authorization (RMA)
3. Repackage securely with original materials

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on:

• Diving masks after protective film removal
• Used diving fins
• Bodyboards with scratches
• Wetsuits tried on without protective undergarments

5.3 Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
• PayPal: 3-5 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (logos, text, images, product designs) is our property or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

7. Liability Limitations

• Follow all manufacturer instructions
